Infection Prevention Statement from BES Healthcare Ltd

Dear Customer,

BES Healthcare Ltd would like to keep you informed of our infection prevention policy to help fight the Covid-19 outbreak. The health, safety, and well-being of our customers, employees and their families is very important to us. Bearing this in mind, we have implemented various additional infection prevention steps towards safeguarding our customers and staff, while ensuring our continued ability to serve our customers.

3-week Lockdown Policy:

To safeguard our customers and employees in these difficult times while respecting the Government decision on Lockdown for three weeks, we will not be carrying out any face to face visits/assessments with clients. If you require support and advice on an assessment/demo or any product information, our teams would be available to provide this via a virtual platform such as phone or live video conference.

We will only have the most essential members in the office e.g. Operations and Customer Services where working from home would be incredibly difficult. This will enable us to support customers where possible and deliver products in a timely manner.

If our staff start showing symptoms of COVID-19 we will make sure they self-isolate and follow the government guidelines, and do not come in contact with any products.

Equipment leaving the BES Warehouse:

Our Operations team are wiping down every piece of equipment and secondary support with disinfectants when handled or built, before it goes into its packaging. This excludes any equipment that is already sealed in the manufacturers packaging.

We are currently using disinfectants that do not have bleaching properties, and have a neutral pH level, to ensure they can be used and do not damage fabric, aluminium and other metals. If you would like to wipe down equipment once received, please do take into consideration these important disinfectant properties to protect your products.

Equipment used during assessments:

All our equipment that has been used during assessments will be wiped down and disinfected. During this lock down period we will not carry out any face to face assessments/visits to protect our customers and staff.

Equipment being returned:

We request all our customers to continue to decontaminate equipment before sending them back to BES Healthcare, to ensure our staff safety.

Please bear with us in these difficult times, as we are doing our utmost to protect customers, employees and families around us.
