Clamps can be used to attach belts and other pelvic positioning items to the frame of the wheelchair, and come in a variety of sizes to fit any wheelchair tubing.

Fitting clamps is easy, and can be performed using simple household tools such as a hex key (Allen key), Phillips screwdriver and spanner.

All Bodypoint® mounting hardware can be fitted using regular household tools, and comes with complete instructions for use.

Bodypoint Clamps

FrameSaver Clamp

FrameSaver clamps are designed to protect the wheelchair tubing they are attached to, and to avoid drilling the tubing and voiding the warranty of the wheelchair.

These clamps can be used for manual chairs with 3/4", 7/8" or 1" (19, 22 or 25 mm) round tubing. One size of FrameSaver Clamp fits both 7/8"( 22 mm) and 1" (25 mm) tubing. An extra 19 mm shim must be purchased to fit 3/4" (19 mm) tubing.

Frame Clamp

The Frame Clamp is great for collapsible chairs where upholstered seat rails mean that other clamps would not fit around the tubing, and for shower chairs. This clamp is made from rust-resistant aluminium, with stainless steel screws so the clamp will stay rust-free, no matter how often it gets wet.

These clamps can be used for manual chairs with 7/8" (22 mm) or 1" (25mm) round tubing.

Band Clamp

The Band Clamp is the strongest, and most versatile clamp in the Bodypoint® range.

These clamps can be used for manual chairs with 7/8"( 22 mm), 1" (25 mm) and 27 x 33 mm Oval tubing.
